Market operation started way back 1980's and aftermath of the market total fire destruction, it was then rebuilt and established on 1997.
In 2002, Daet Public Market was developed under loan at Landbank of the Philippines in the amount of 51 million. It has (2) level structures with 566 stalls and was rebuilt after a fire incident in 2004.
As of today, Daet Public Market have undergone developments and innovations adaptive to stakeholders current needs and demands.
